Dando Advisors provides on-going strategic planning and assistance for our clients as a coach to the leadership of the organization; and sometimes as a member of the organization’s board of directors. Growing a business profitably is a dynamic process that in part requires intense focus, highly motivated and talented individuals and the ability to cause and adapt to change.
Too often the focus, actions and the desired results of traditional strategic planning evaporate long before the objectives of the company are met. As a result, the company reverts back to “business as usual,” or perhaps, worse. It has been our experience this is due in large part to how the planning is facilitated.
